How do I Return & Exchange an item?
To return or exchange items purchased on R.rouge Online, please follow these steps:
• log in to your account, select the order detail from the orders, scroll down to the bottom page, then you can contact our customer service representative.
• For your convenience, we have provided a return address label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to:
